Are you a factory?
No. We are a sourcing and export company. We tell you this first because we think a supplier who hides it is a supplier you cannot trust with your money.
Why buy through you instead of contacting a factory directly?
Three reasons: price, risk and paperwork. Our order volume gets us quotes a small buyer cannot get. We inspect before you pay the balance, so you are not wiring money to a stranger on the other side of the world. And we handle certification, dangerous goods documentation and shipping — the parts that most often go wrong.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model and the factory. Some models ship from 20–30 units, others require a full container (60–100 units). Tell us your target and we will find a configuration that works.
Can you handle certification for my market?
Yes. Certification requirements differ by country and take time — typically three to six months. We coordinate with accredited laboratories and certification bodies, and we advise you on what to start before you place a full order.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production is usually 25–45 days depending on model and quantity. Ocean freight to Latin America is typically 30–45 days. We give you a written timeline with the quotation.
How do I pay?
Normally a deposit to start production and the balance against the bill of lading or after inspection. Exact terms are negotiated per order and written into the contract.
